Dear Citizens of Wuci Township:

With all your enthusiastic supports, I have the opportunity to serve Wuci Township, my hometown. Standing on the starting point of the 21st century, we are facing a new age. What we do today would decide whether we as we as well as our future generations would live healthily and happily.

On thinking this, I sincerely hope, through our hard work, to build a bright future for our next generation. I would do my best, based on my experience as an excellent teacher and my passion to the land, to make Wuci No. 1 township in Taiwan. I am sure this passion to our hometown would become a catalyst to push us to make Wuci Rural Township better and better.

Again, I thank all of you for your supports. I would prove with actions to fight for a better Wuci Township and to build a bright future for our next generation. I would serve all of you with a passion of service and an attitude of honesty. With all your expectation, I would do my best to make the emergence of a “sunshine Wuci full of energy” happen.
